AgriLens provides artificial intelligence-powered crop health analysis. Users can upload images of crops to receive tentative diagnoses of diseases or pests and recommendations for treatment.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your password and identification.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or abusive.
• Upload images that are not related to crops or agriculture.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Service's infrastructure.

The AgriLens platform, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by AgriLens and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

By uploading images, you grant AgriLens a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process the images for the purpose of improving our diagnostic models.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AgriLens, its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service or any diagnosis provided by the AI.
